Unfortunately the Steel Armour with Sleeves mod, for some reason, completely borks the arms (more so on female characters IIRC) making them look like flattened/bent straws, so I don't advise that. esp - there's another for Banded Iron Armour with Sleeves (also on the Nexus) which I like a lot as well.
Iron Armour with Sleeves For some reason I vastly prefer the iron armour with this mod, which just adds a pair of chainmail-looking sleeves.
