It's a diving location, so you will need the Diving Bell first. The map for chest #7 is at Anotto Bay (621, 277). The chest contains the plans for the Elite Heavy Shot and 3,000 Reales. The buried chest is located northeast of the viewpoint here, behind a Mayan temple. Once you get the map, it leads you to Misteriosa (307, 195). The map is in the northwest corner of this chamber here. Once underwater, move through the tunnels until you come up on a massive above-water chamber with ruins. You will notice that this is a diving section that requires the Diving Bell. The location of the map is in Ambergris Key (55, 178). The buried chest is located close to the Viewpoint in the southern part of the area. Fight your way to the right side of the cave to get to the map that leads you to Tulum (70, 405). To get to the map, you need to go all the way into the cave, which is filled with enemies.
The location of the map is in Petite Caverne. Find a cave on the island, and go all the way in to a dead end to find the chest.
The map leads to the same island you are already on. It is on the beach all the way on the east side of the area. The location of the map is at Cape Bonavista (179, 593). The buried chest is pretty easy to find, get to the Viewpoint in the east, and the chest is along the beach here. The map is in the northwest corner of the island in the swampy area. The location of the map for Chest #3 is located on Isla Providencia (502, 44). The chest contains the plans for Grey Sails and 3,000 Reales. The buried chest is right by the swampy area to the west, behind a mansion on a cliff. The map leads you to Nassau, located at (633, 784). You need to slide down the bank by a rock wall to get to the map. It's located on the northwest corner of the island. The location of this map is on Great Inagua (845, 468). The chest contains plans for the Queen Anne's Figureheadand 3,000 Reales. The map leads to Havana (240, 607) as well, with the buried chest on the beach in the southern part of the city. The map is close to a general store that is in the northern part of the city. The location of the map needed for the first chest is in Havana (240, 607). You must have the map to be able to find the chest. The chart below tells you where to go to find the map, then exactly where the Hidden Chest is, and, finally, what Plan is in each chest. One marker/icon category on your in-game map shows the map locations. The maps can be found by looking at your in-game map. Keep in mind that you must have the map for a treasure first before you can go dig up the chest. These maps will lead you to secret Buried Chests that will often have riches and Plans that you can use to unlock the elite upgrades to your ship weapons. There are 19 maps that can be found in the single-player game and three maps that can be acquired through Kenway's Fleet.
